The Old Trafford side are ready for something of a squad re-shuffle, one that loaned out Brazilian Anderson has also spoken of as likely, with Moyes keen to put his own stamp on the side he inherited from Sir Alex Ferguson last summer.

Veteran defensive trio Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic and Patrice Evra, with a collective total of over 1000 appearances for Man United, are all set to leave when their contracts expire in the summer.

Brazilian full-back Rafael is set to follow brother Fabio out, with Moyes not convinced of either Brazilian’s ability to put in consistent enough displays.

Veteran winger Ryan Giggs is likely to hang up his boots and move into a permanent coaching role, bringing to an end a phenomenal 24 season run in the Man United first team set-up.

Mexican international Javier Hernandez is said to be ready to quit the club after failing to gain a regular foot-hold in the Man United starting eleven.

Dutch back-up Alexander Buttner will be offloaded and Anderson is unlikely to return to the fold once his loan at Fiorentina comes to a close in the summer.

Despite only recently signing a new five year deal winger Nani will be made available with David Moyes only handing the 27 year old five Premier League starts thus far this season, and this despite the fact that the likes of Ashley Young and Luis Antonio Valencia have also put in hugely average stints, thus making it clear that Portuguese international has little or no future at Old Trafford.
