Parc des Princes side target Old Trafford youngster.
PSG are ready to offer Brazilian wide-man Lucas Moura as bait in their pursuit of Man United winger Adnan Januzaj according to Sports Direct News.
Man United had previously target young attacker Moura during Sir Alex Ferguson’s reign and it’s not clear whether David Moyes shares his predecessor’s interest in the 21 year old and is surely unlikely to consider the prospect of losing teenager Januzaj in any case.
There is however a concern that Januzaj may look to force an exit from Old Trafford if Man United fail to secure a top four finish, this despite having only recently signed a new long term contract.
Man United have seen youngsters leave the club in the past in search of pastures new, most recently Paul Pogba electing to leave for Juventus, a move that has certainly worked out for the French midfielder, and there is perhaps a fear that Januzaj could opt for a similar exit.
The Belgian born youngster has arguably been one of the few bright spots of David Moyes’s disastrous first season in charge of Man United and is a player who has undoubted potential and ability.
Januzaj has made 10 Premier League starts this term, scoring three goals in the process.
Lucas Moura has struggled to justify the £32m PSG paid Sao Paulo for his services, and has started just two Ligue 1 fixtures this year.
