Giggs, 40, is the most decorated player in the club’s history and was appointed by Moyes to the coaching staff last summer.
The midfielder was left out of the squad for the dismal 3-0 defeat at home to Liverpool on Sunday, with some reports suggesting he clashed with Moyes after the match.
There have also been claims in Red Devils fanzine Red Issue that Giggs refused to attend a training meeting, telling assistant manager Phil Neville it was ‘pointless, as Moyes doesn’t listen’.
Giggs is also rumoured to have stormed out of training after Moyes put on a two-hour defensive session (full story on the excellent 101GreatGoals.)
However, the club have denied there is any problem at all between Moyes and the veteran Welshman.
“The story of any problems between Ryan and the manager are completely false,” a club spokesman is quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
