Chelsea Prepare New £200k-Per-Week Deal For Star Man Eden Hazard

Blues are keen to keep the playmaker at Stamford Bridge for life.

Chelsea are set to offer star man Eden Hazard a new bumper contract in order to keep the brilliant Belgium out of the clutches of their rivals this summer, according to reports in the Daily Express.

The 23-year-old’s current deal with the west London club still has another four years left to run on it, however, given Hazard’s eye-catching displays for the Blues so far in this campaign, Chelsea are now understood to be desperate to tie the player down to an even longer contract in the capital.

The Belgium international has been one of the standout performers in the Premier League to date, with Hazard having managed to contribute an impressive 15 goals and 10 assists in total in his 41 matches in all competitions for the west Londoners, including an equally eye-catching 13 strikes and nine assists in his 30 league outings.

And those attacking numbers are even better than Hazard’s from the previous campaign, however, after Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain tried to lure the youngster to the Parc des Princes last summer, Chelsea are keen to ensure that such a scenario does not happen again come the end of the season.
