Exclusive: Man United Plot Stunning Move to Sign Six In £150m Spending Spree

Old Trafford side ready to mount moves for multiple talents.

Man United are readying themselves for a very busy summer transfer window as David Moyes lines up moves for six potential additions.

CaughtOffside understands that the Old Trafford boss is armed with a substantial transfer war-chest which could be as high as £200m and will look to put his stamp on the squad he inherited from former boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

Moyes will make room for new additions by offloading squad members he feels are surplus to requirements and will also set about freshening up his defence with Nemanja Vidic, Rio Ferdinand and Patrice Evra all seeing their Man United contracts expiring in a matter of months.

The Man United manager is readying a bid of £12m for Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata as he looks to strengthen his attack whilst also planning for the future.

The 21 year old Bernabeu forward is considered one of the hottest prospects in Spanish football, Morata has scored 13 goals in 12 appearances for the Under 21 national team, and is said to be frustrated by his lack of first team chances at Real Madrid.

Morata may have expected to be playing second fiddle to Frenchman Karim Benzema, who has formed part of a prolific front three alongside wide-men Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale, but the fact that fellow youngster Jese Rodriguez is also ahead of him in the Real Madrid pecking order is said to be pushing him towards an imminent exit from the Spanish capital club.

With speculation over Robin Van Persie’s future and Moyes ready to sell Mexican Javier Hernandez, there will be space for the addition of Morata in the Man United ranks.

Many sources claims that Man United have already agreed to meet the £37m release clause that will see them sign Sporting Lisbon battler William Carvalho and the addition of an out and out defensive midfielder is certainly in order.

Moyes will hope the capture of the Portuguese international will help to provide a steely edge to the centre of his side which in turn will offer some protection to his back-line.

The Angolan born battler has spent a great deal of time out on loan in recent seasons but has been a regular in Leonardo Jardim’s first team this term, starting 23 of the club’s 24 domestic league fixtures and is likely to be an important part of Portugal’s 2014 World Cup finals squad.

Man United will look to further strengthen their midfield with a £30m bid for Bayern Munich star Toni Kroos.

The 24 year old German international has been repeatedly linked with an Allianz Arena exit, due chiefly to ongoing contractual wranglings between the Bundesliga side and Kroos.

The midfielder has demanded a massive pay-rise that would see him reach parity with the likes of Franck Ribery and Philipp Lahm though Bayern Munich have refused to accommodate his request.

Man United are ready to meet the player’s reported call for a £180k a week deal and will hope that an offer of £30m for a player with just a year left to run on his current contract will be too hard for the Champions League holders to turn down.

Kroos has made 165 appearances for Bayern Munich, scoring 21 goals in the process.

Man United are ready to offer as much as £22m for Southampton teenager Luke Shaw, a fee that the Saints may struggle to ignore.

Shaw has been in great form over the past 18 months, form that has led to a first England national team cap at the tender age of 18.

David Moyes will look to Shaw to replacePatrice Evra, who has been linked with a move back to his native France, with PSG and AS Monaco both said to be keen on the defender.

Moyes opted to use Alexander Buttner in the left-back role for Man United’s win over West Ham but seemingly doesn’t see the Dutchman as a viable long term replacement for Evra.

Shaw has shown maturity beyond his years and is already a regular at St Mary’s, starting 28 of the south coast side’s 31 Premier League fixtures this term.

David Moyes is ready to sanction a £25m bid for long term target Ezequiel Garay as he sets about ushering in a new central defensive partnership.

Old Trafford boss David Moyes has his heart set on bringing in the Benfica centre-back as a replacement for Inter Milan bound captain Nemanja Vidic and will hope to welcome in the Argentine international this summer.

Garay’s efforts this term have led his Lisbon based side to the top of the Primeira Liga table, having conceded just 15 goals in 23 fixtures, and into the last eight of the Europa League.

Garay has done well to re-ignite his career following a stuttering spell at Real Madrid and may feel that his career progression would be better served by a move to the Premier League side though Man United’s efforts will be significantly helped if they can secure a Champions League berth for next term.

Moyes is keen to strengthen his wide attacking options next term and has scouted Barcelona’s Pedro on a number of occasions this term and is confident he can lure the Spaniard to Old Trafford in the summer.

Though Pedro has helped Barcelona to numerous triumphs during his seven seasons in the Nou Camp first team set-up the 26 year old has found himself playing a more limited role under boss Gerardo Martino.

The arrival of Neymar and the excellent form displayed by Chilean Alexis Sanchez have led to adaptable attacker playing more a support role as opposed to being a nailed on first team regular.

Pedro has started 20 of Barcelona’s 28 La Liga fixtures but perhaps tellingly has been hauled off and subbed on 12 occasions, this despite the fact that he’s scored 14 goals and provided eight assists in domestic league action alone.

Moyes may hope to persuade Pedro to leave a club where he’s become something of a small fish in a big pond, where he may feel undervalued.

The chance to team up with Spanish pair David de Gea and Juan Mata could also work in Man United’s favour and the Premier League side are ready to offer around £24m for the one club man.

David Moyes is ready to listen to offers for Robin Van Persie, Javier Hernandez, Ashley Young, Tom Cleverley, Anderson, Alexander Buttner, Rafael and Nani as he seeks to make room for new signings whilst also seeking to conduct a major clear-out at the end of the season.
