Jurgen Klopp (Borussia Dortmund)

The young German coach has already developed a growing reputation across Europe after steering his side to back-to-back Bundesliga titles, as well as guiding the club all the way to the final of last season’s Uefa Champions League final, only to lose to Bayern Munich.

Brendan Rodgers (Liverpool)

Another young and up-and-coming trainer with a developing reputation in the Premier League, and beyond, on the back of the transformation that the Northern Irishman has brought about at Anfield in a relatively short space of time, with the Merseyside giants having been transformed from a mid-table side to title contenders in less than a year.

Patrick Vieira

The former Arsenal captain may have no managerial experience behind him whatsoever, with the Frenchman having been working as an elite development officer with rivals Manchester City of late, however, that has not stopped people like Alan Shearer taking on a similar coaching role in the past.

Laurent Blanc (Paris Saint-Germain)

The ex-Manchester United skipper took charge of the mega-rich Parisians at the start of the season and is guiding the club to back-to-back Ligue 1 titles, as well as a Uefa Champions League quarter-final clash with Chelsea, while the one-time centre back also won the title while in charge of Bordeaux in the past too.

Didier Deschamps (France)

The former Marseille and Chelsea holding midfielder has enjoyed an excellent start to his managerial career, while his time spent in charge of the les Bleus national team has also helped his reputation too, and with the Frenchman set to leave his role with his country after this summer’s Fifa World Cup finals, the timing would be just right to move to the Emirates.

Diego Simeone (Atletico de Madrid)

Currently without doubt one of the most sough-after coaches on the Continent after the stunning work that the former Argentina international skipper has done in the Spanish capital with high-flying Atleti.

Juup Heynckes

The north London club could do far worse than going cap in hand to Germany to try and persuade the experienced manager out of retirement, especially after the stunning and record-breaking campaign that he enjoyed last time out while in charge of  Bayer Munich.

Gerard Martin0 (FC Barcelona)

By all accounts, the Argentinian is set to receive his marching orders at Camp Nou come the end of the season, despite a so far impressive debut campaign at the Camp Nou helm, and so the trainer should at least be available come the summer.

Roberto Martinez (Everton)

The popular Spaniard has been heavily linked with the Gunners in recent weeks, and in terms of style of play, the Toffees head coac would seem like the ideal manager to take over from Wenger in the Emirates dugout next season.

Louis van Gaal (Netherlands)

The experienced Dutchman is currently in charge of the Oranje national team, although he has already made it perfectly clear that he will be quitting that post come the end of this summer’s Fifa World Cup finals, with the ex-Ajax, FC Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss said to be desperate to now try his hand in the Premier League.
