10. Thibaut Courtois – Chelsea to Atletico Madrid
The Belgian, 21, is one of the best goalkeepers in the world but has made in clear he will not return to Chelsea this summer to sit on the bench. With Petr Cech still very much number one at Stamford Bridge, Jose Mourinho has a decision to make and the Portuguese could cash-in on Courtois, who has spent the past three seasons on loan at Atletico.
9. Jeremy Menez – Paris Saint Germain to Liverpool
The France international is out of contract at the end of the season and has hinted that he has yet to decide what to do next. Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has made no secret of his desire to further strengthen the club’s impressive front line and the Northern Irishman will still be hoping that a move to the Premier League will appeal to Menez.
8. Eliaquim Mangala – Porto to Manchester City
The France international has been a long time target City, who nearly signed him on transfer deadline day in January. The mega-rich Premier League club are likely to return with a fresh approach in the summer, despite reported interest from cross-city rivals Manchester United.
7. David Luiz – Chelsea to Barcelona
Barcelona want a new ball-playing centre half after Carles Puyol announced he will leave the Nou Camp at the end of the season. Chelsea’s big-haired Brazilian reportedly tops the Catalans’ list, although Spurs’ Jan Vertonghen could be a cheaper alternative.
6. Toni Kroos – Bayern Munich to Manchester United
There German international has already been the subject of an on again-off again enquiry from United, and the speculation will only increase as the season comes to a close. Kroos is out on contract in summer 2015 and the midfielder is currently locked in a stalemate with Bayern.
5. Yevhen Konoplyanka – Dnipro to Tottenham
Liverpool came agonisingly close to landing the Ukrainian international on transfer deadline day but missed out at the last minute. Dnipro’s owner has since said that he is in negotiations with Spurs and is happy for the left winger to move to London.
4. Diego Costa – Atletico Madrid to Chelsea
The Brazilian-born Spanish international is reportedly top of Jose Mourinho’s wish-list this summer after bagging 31 goals in 41 appearances for Atletico Madrid this season. Costa, who could play a key part in his adopted country’s World Cup defence this summer, will likely cost in excess of £35m.
3. Luke shaw – Southampton to Chelsea
The recent England international has gone from strength to strength since breaking into the Saints first team, and now looks set to be the latest player to earn some significant funds (and plaudits) for their consistently outstanding youth academy by moving to Chelsea. Shaw made his England debut earlier this month and is reportedly a Blues fan.
2. Paul Pogba – Juventus to Real Madrid
The former Manchester United trainee has become one of Europe’s most sought after stars this season and, with a whole host of clubs sniffing around the Serie A champions have virtually conceded defeat in hoping to hang on to him. Real Madrid now appear to be his most likely destination after Los Blancos’ sporting director and assistant manager Zinedine Zidane made his compatriot his top target for this summer.
1. Julian Draxler – Schalke to Arsenal
The Gunners were close to finally landing the young German international in January, only to chicken out on paying the Bundesliga club’s asking price at the eleventh hour. However, they will try again at the end of the season with renewed vigour and the arrival of the 20-year-old would lift the club in the same way Mesut Ozil’s signing did this summer.
