Yevhen Konoplyanka: Dnipro to Tottenham Hotspur

The brilliant Ukraine international was on the verge of moving to Liverpool in the recent January transfer window, only for the transfer to fall through at the very last minute when Dnipro suddenly raised the asking price for their star man to a whopping £20m.

However, if reports are now to be believed, then the wide man is heading for White Hart Lane next season.

Diego Costa: Atletico Madrid to Chelsea

Despite the Brazil-born striker’s red-hot form in front of goal for Diego Simeone’s high-flying side in La Liga so far in this campaign, Atleti have so many debts to repay to the banks this summer that as in past seasons, the club have already decided to offload their most valuable commodity to the very highest bidder.

And that means getting a fee of £40m for the Spain international, which the mega-rich Premier League giants are said to be more than willing to fork out, with a deal said to already have been agreed between the two clubs.

Jan Vertonghen: Spurs to FC Barcelona

The silky-smooth Belgium has made it perfectly clear that he has no intention of hanging around at White Hart Lane this summer if, as now looks increasingly likely, the north London club fail to finish this season in the top four of the Premier League, and so also miss out of the Uefa Champions League.

And with the La Liga champions also known to currently be on the look out at present for a new ball-playing centre back in which to replace their retiring skipper Carles Puyol at Camp Nou next season, it is understood that the Catalans will target the Spurs defender.

Shinji Kagawa: Manchester United to Borussia Dortmund

The Japan playmaker has failed to settle since joining the Red Devils from Dortmund two years ago for a transfer fee believed to be somewhere in the region of £16m and £20m, so much so that Kagawa is definitely leaving Old Trafford come the climax to this campaign.

And if the Red Devils get their way, then they will use the player as a makeweight in a deal to bring coveted Dortmund forward Marco Reus to the Theatre of Dreams.

Antoine Griezmann: Real Sociedad to Arsenal

The Gunners have been heavily linked with the exciting France international since the turn of the year, with the Gunners having also been scouting the in-form forward on several occasions ahead of making a move for the player this summer.

Victor Valdes: FC Bacelona to Manchester City

The experienced Spain international has already confirmed his intention to quit the La Liga champions at the end of the campaign, but while it had initially been thought that the Spain international would be moving to bog-spending Ligue 1 outfit AS Monaco next season, it now appears as though the shot stopper is instead heading to Eastlands.

Edinson Cavani: Paris Saint-Germain to Manchester United

The word coming out of the Parc des Princes in recent months is that the prolific Uruguay international has already grown tired of life at the Parc des Princes and as such, the man who cost the mega-rich Ligue 1 champions a whopping 64m euros to buy from Napoli last summer now seems destined for Old Trafford.

Ashley Cole: Chelsea to Real Madrid

The veteran England international has surprisingly found himself largely warming the substitutes’ bench at Stamford Bridge this season and as a result, the left back is set to join the La Liga giants on a lucrative Bosman-style free transfer on a two-year deal this summer.

Alberto Moreno: Sevilla to Liverpool

Spain’s new left back has been tracked by the Merseyside giants all summer long as manager Brendan Rodgers looks to finally solve his long-running issue at left back at Anfield, and with La Liga giants Real Madrid having now pulled out of the running for the youngster, the path has been cleared for the Reds to land the player this summer instead in a deal expected to be worth as much as £20m.

Marco Reus: Borussia Dortmund to Manchester United

New United boss David Moyes has already been spotted in the crowd at Dortmund running his eye over the highly rated Germany international and while the goalscoring forward may not have been right at the peak of his powers in this campaign, that is still not going to stop the Scot from splashing out a whopping £20m in order to lure the player to Old Trafford this summer though.
