Belgium has never played for the Blues.
Everton are set to beat rivals Tottenham Hotspur to the signature of coveted Chelsea front man Romelu Lukaku this summer, as long as the Merseyside giants qualify for next season’s Uefa Champions League that is, according to reports in the Daily Mirror.

The giant Belgium international is currently spending a highly successful season-long loan spell at Goodison Park, however, with that due to come to an end in May, Lukaku is then expected back at Stamford Bridge.
However, the striker’s return to the west London club is expected to be brief, with Blues head coach Jose Mourino understood to be ready to offload the 20-year-old when the summer transfer window reopens again for business at the start of July, with Chelsea said to be seeking a fee of £25m for the player.
And speaking to Belgium newspaper Het Nieuwsblad, Lukaku’s agent Christophe Henrotay said: “I’m looking for a club for Romelu. And, yes, I’ve talked to Daniel Levy once, but that doesn’t mean Romelu will definitely join Spurs. That’s not a talking point at this moment.
“There aren’t 20 teams that can afford to buy Romelu. He won’t be going from Everton to, let’s say, Swansea.”
