Diego Costa: Atletico Madrid to Chelsea

The west London club are in urgent need of a new striker at Stamford Bridge next season after the continual woes up front that the current crop of attackers are enduring in the capital so far this season.

And the man that Blues boss Jose Mourinho is understood to be targeting is Atletico Madrid’s in-form Spain international who has once again been on fire in La Liga in this campaign with an impressive 25 goals in just 30 league outings for the club.

But with Atleto in desperate need of money to pay off their debts, expect the Brazil-born player to move to west London this summer.

Ashley Cole: Chelsea to Liverpool

The veteran England international’s current one-year rolling contract with the west London club runs out at the end of June, and with the Blues not thought likely to hand the left back a new one-year deal to keep him at Stamford Bridge next season, Cole will therefore be available to pick up on a lucrative Bosman-style free transfer this summer.

And with Liverpool also in desperate need of a new left-sided full back at Anfield, Reds boss Brendan Rodgers is set to make a move for the 33-year-old at the end of the campaign, with the Northern Irishman knowing the player from their time together at Stamford Bridge.

Mario Mandzukic: Bayern Munich to Arsenal

Gunners boss Arsene Wenger tried desperately to land a new front man in the recent January transfer window, however, the north London club were unable to pull off any deals.

However, expect the Frenchman to step up his efforts to recruit a new marksman come the end of the campaign, and the player that the north London club are set to lure to the Emirates is Bayern Munich’s Croatia international.

Mandzukic, who is contracted to the Bavarian giants until 2016, is leaving the Allianz Arena this summer, with the 27-year-old believed to have decided to move to Arsenal in order to get more regular first-team football.

Toni Kroos: Bayern Munich to Manchester United

Speculation has been mounting in recent weeks about the Bayern Munich midfielder’s future at the Allianz Arena following the publication of the Germany international’s current weekly wage packet in Bavaria.

And with there still no sign on the horizon of Kroos and the Bundesliga champions coming to any sort of agreement over a new contract in Bavaria for the 24-year-old, with the player’s current deal set to run out in less than 18 months’ time, the Red Devils are preparing to pounce to lure the water carrier to Old Trafford this summer on wages of £250,000 per week.

Radamel Falcao: AS Monaco to Manchester City

The red-hot Colombia international may currently be out of action with a serious knee injury, however, the striker is expected to be back in action before the start of next season.

However, that could very well be at Eastlands as Manchester City prepare for the departure of star man Sergio Aguero to La Liga giants Real Madrid.

And the attacker that the mega-rich Premier League outfit are said to be lining up to replace their Argentina international is Monaco’s 28-year-old forward who is believed to be keen to leave the South of France this summer after growing tired of life in the Principality of late.

Edinson Cavani: Paris Saint-Germain to Manchester United

Like with fellow South American striker Radamel Falcao, the Uruguay international is understood to be unhappy with life at present with the Ligue 1 champions following his big-money move from Serie A outfit Napoli last summer, with the front man having been mainly played out on the wings in the French capital by head coach Laurent Blanc so far this season.

And as a result, Cavani has now asked his agent to seal him a move to the Premier League at the end of the campaign as the player seeks  to try out a new challenge in his career, with the Premier League clubs thought more than likely to be the 27-year-old’s next port of call as Red Devils boss David Moyes looks to find a replacement striker both departing forwards Robin van Persie and Javier Hernandez at Old Trafford next season.

Julian Draxler: Schalke 04 to Arsenal

The north London club came desperately close to luring the highly rated Germany international to the Emirates during the recent January transfer window, only for negotiations between the two clubs to collapse at the very last minute over a price for the youngster.

However, the north London club are still expected to return to Germany when the summer transfer window does finally reopen for business at the start of July in a second attempt to finalise a deal for a player that boss Arsene Wenger has been tracking for over a yeat now.

Sergio Aguero: Manchester City to Real Madrid

The diminutive Argentina international came close to joining Los Blancos before he eventually decided to sign for Manchester City from Atletico Madrid three years ago, however, the Spanish club refused to sell to their fierce city rivals.

But with the La Liga giants still keen on poaching the 25-year-old this summer, and City also set to sign AS Monaco attacker Radamel Falcao, expect the little striker to finally make his long-awaited dream move to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Iker Casillas: Real Madrid to Arsenal

The Spain international skipper will bring down the curtain on what has been an illustrious career in the Spanish capital at the end of the campaign after being forced to once again warm the substitutes’ bench at Los Blancos this season under new Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti.

And following compatriot and Arsenal playmaker Santi Cazorla’s recent revelation that the north London club are interested in signing the experienced shot stopper next season, there is now a great chance that the Spaniard will now be lining up between the posts at the Emirates in the next campaign.

Petr Cech: Chelsea to Atletico Madrid

With the west London club expected to promote Belgium international youngster Thibaut Courtois to be their new No 1 next season, La Liga high-flyers Atletico Madrid are now on the look out for a new keeper to lure to the Vicente Calderon this summer.

And while Atleti are understood to have considered the claims of shot-stoppers such as Liverpool’s Jose Manuel Reina, among others, the man that is set to play in goal in the Spanish capital next season is none other than the player Courtois is replacing at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea’s experienced Czech Republic international.
