The highly rated France international is once again enjoying yet another fine campaign at the back for the Gunners, so much so that it is now understood that the likes of Bundesliga and European champions Bayern Munich and mega-rich Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are both interested in signing Koscielny for next season.

And as a result, the player’s agent Stephane Courbis flew in to London on Thursday to conduct face-to-face talks with Arsenal head coach Arsene Wenger’s regarding his client’s future at the Emirates, with Koscielny’s current contract in the capital running until June 2017.

However, it is understood that the north Londoners are confident of being able to keep hold of the coveted 28-year-old when the summer transfer window does finally reopen for business at the start of July, in spite of the rival interest in the Frenchman’s services from such big-name suitors.
