Nobody wears the new Chelsea shirt quite like Yorke.
Andre Schurrle has given perhaps the biggest indication that he intends to be at Chelsea next season by handing his gorgeous girlfriend Montana Yorke a personalised version of the club’s new shirt.

Schurrle apparently brought the shirt as a present for her and had her name and his number – 14, emblazoned on the back.
She then uploaded an picture of herself holding the shirt with the caption: “how cute is @andreschuerrle for getting this made for me? #luckiestgirl #softyFollowing”.
