It’s well known that top-class professional footballers in the Premier League get paid plenty of money and therefore flash cars are an inevitability.
However, despite the amount of cars on offer on the market, players from England’s best clubs are remarkably predictable and here are the top 10 most popular choices of your favourite stars.

10. Chevrolet Camaro
Owned by: Joe Allen (Liverpool), Alex Buttner, Luis Nani (both Manchester United), Petr Cech (Chelsea); Tom Huddlestone (Hull City), Cheick Tiote (Newcastle United).
There could be a few more stars from Old Trafford driving around in this with the American firm having signed a colossal seven-year sponsorship deal with the 2013 English champions.
9. Audi R8
Owned by: Petr Cech (Chelsea), Tom Cleverley (Manchester United), Jose Fonte (Southampton), Aaron Ramsey, Theo Walcott (both Arsenal), Micah Richards, David Silva (both Manchester City); Kyle Walker (Tottenham Hotspur).
Chelsea No.1 Cech once again appears on this list as the Czech Republic international shows he is perhaps something of a petrolhead.

Ferraris are owned primarily by players who wear read (coincidence we think not) and amazingly this is Nani’s third entry already.

Continuing with the classic sports cars and here is one that is a but more popular in the blue half of Manchester, although we dread to think what the insurance costs are for 21-year-old Lukaku.

Former City favourite Mario Balotelli once painted one of these in a camouflage colour scheme, but the current stars of England are a bit more conservative with theirs.

For those that want to be James Bond this is the car of choice, which might explain why the owners are made up of primarily Englishmen.

Now it’s getting towards the models known as ‘Chelsea tractors’ for their size and impracticality for driving round the more exclusive areas of London. Note that Nani pops up again.
