Hakan Calhanoglu (Hamburg)

The Turkey international has enjoyed a fine campaign in the centre of the park for the struggling Bundesliga outfit, so much so in fact that now both the west London club and their arch rivals from across the capital, Arsenal, are said to be interested in signing the 20-year-old for next season.

Koke (Atletico Madrid)

The Blues head coach Jose Mourinho has travelled to the Portuguese capital to watch the Spain international in action first hand in the Uefa Champions League final against Real Madrid on Saturday night.

And it is understood that the self-styled Special One is keen to land the 22-year-old this summer to replace the departing Lampard, with Koke a very similar type of midfielder to the Englishman.

Paulinho (Tottenham Hotspur)

The Brazil international is known to not be happy with life at White Hart Lane at present after first arriving at the north London club from Corinthians last summer for a transfer fee of £17m.

However, rumours have been rife of late linking the 25-year-old with a switch across the capital for next season, with the box-to-box midfielder seen as being an ideal replacement for Lampard at Stamford Bridge.

Paul Pogba (Juventus)

Another midfielder who the west London club are reportedly keen on signing this summer to take over from Lampard in the capital next season, although the Blues may have to splash the cash in order to be able to persuade the Serie A champions to part company with their star man, who netted seven times in his 35 league outings for Juve last time around.
