Suspended Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso could not hide his emotions at the final whistle of the Uefa Champions League final against city rivals Atletico Madrid in Lisbon on Saturday night.

The Spain international picked up an untimely booking in the second leg of the La Liga giants’ memorable semi-final win over holders Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena last month that ruled Alonso out of the final against Atleti.
However, that still did not stop the player from performing a Jose Mourinho-style charge down the touchline at the end of Los Blancos’ 4-1 win.
