Boost for England?
Check in to Uruguay vs Costa Rica
Uruguay begin their FIFA 2014 World Cup campaign with a match against Costa Rica later today.
The South American side, who will then play England and Italy in Group D, have not prepared ideally for their opening game of the tournament.
As if the fitness worries surrounding star striker Luis Suarez weren’t distracting enough, goalkeeper Fernando Muslera was woken up at 2am yesterday with a swarm of ants in his hotel bed.
Muslera, who plays his club football for Galatasaray in Turkey, was born in Argentina, but he has represented Uruguay 58 times at senior international level.
He posted the below picture on his Twitter account.
