How would Toure fit in alongside Markovic, Lallana and Lovren?!

We really doubt this one will happen, but Manchester City’s want away midfielder Yaya Toure has been linked with a move to Premier League rivals Liverpool.
The Reds are making plenty of transfers this summer – but that’s mainly because they’re about to sell the league’s best player, Luis Suarez, to Barcelona for a whopping profit.
If Yaya were to sign and join his brother at Anfield, (and it’s a very big if) here’s how he could fit in Liverpool’s side next year!
GK) Simon Mignolet
Mignolet’s likely to start in goal once again for the Reds.
DR) Glen Johnson/Jon Flanagan
Either of the Englishman could play on the right of the back four, although Ivorian Serge Aurier’s also been linked.
DC) Mamadou Sakho
The £15m Frenchman’s campaign was ruined by injuries, But Rodgers rates him, and he’s likely to make him his first-choice central defender.

DC) Dejan Lovren
Lovren’s almost certain to join the Reds, having claimed ‘his head is already with the Reds’.
DL) Alberto Moreno/Ryan Bertrand
The Reds are refusing to give up on young Moreno, with Chelsea’s Ryan Bertrand as Rodgers’ second choice.
MC) Steven Gerrard
Gerrard holds deep in midfield, allowing the rest of the rest the freedom from which to perform. Jordan Henderson did his leg work last season, and If Toure were to arrive – it’s unlikely Rodgers wouldn’t still use the ever-improving Englishman.
MC) Jordan Henderson
Henderson’s work-rate is incomparably good, and it would enable Toure the creative freedom to bomb forward and do what does to his brilliant best.
MC) Yaya Toure
Last term, the Ivorian bagged 20 Premier League goals, and played more passes than anyone in the top flight as well. Quite simply, he’s exceptional, and although he’s in his thirties now – his (unlikely) arrival would appease Reds supporters when Suarez leaves.
AML) Adam Lallana/Coutinho
The 26-year-old has signed for £25m already, and adds guile and creativity to the midfield. He’ll have to compete with Coutinho for a spot, however.
AMR) Lazar Markovic/Raheem Sterling
Markovic is close to signing for £25m, and he’ll provide fantastic competition for fellow wonderkid Raheem Sterling in the attacking midfield positions.
FC) Daniel Sturridge
In the absence of Suarez, Sturridge’s role be far more important – although he’ll have Rickie Lambert and Divock Origi to back him up.
