Huge deals have already been completed this summer window, such as Luis Suarez’s move to Barcelona, Toni Kroos’s transfer to Real Madrid, and Chelsea’s impressive deals for Diego Costa, Cesc Fabregas and Filipe Luis.

However, plenty more money is set to be spent, and these ten world superstars could still be signed by some of Europe’s biggest clubs before the start of next season…

10) Marco Reus

Liverpool are sensationally being linked to a £44m deal for Borussia Dortmund’s German superstar. Brendan Rodgers’ side are favourites to sign Reus, who would appease supporters still reeling after the £75m sale of Luis Suarez.

9) James Rodriguez

The Colombian 23-year-old who lit up the World Cup with six goals is expected to complete a move to Real Madrid in the coming weeks. The Monaco man is wonderfully talented, and if he continues his astronomical development, he’ll be worth the mooted £63m fee.

8) Arturo Vidal

Liverpool are the latest club to be linked with the Chilean superstar, who is also a major target for Manchester United. Vidal starred for Juventus last term, but with manager Antonio Conte leaving, his time in Italy might have come to and end, although he’s said he’s also to stay in Turin.

7) Paul Pogba

Like Vidal, Pogba’s Juventus future is up in arms due to Conte leaving. In the same report that claims Liverpool want Reus and Vidal, they’ve been linked to Pogba as well! We can’t see Chelsea or PSG letting the Reds sign him without a fight however.

6) Isco

Isco will likely become available if James Rodriguez signs at Real Madrid, because the young Spaniard will become surplus to requirements in attacking midfield. Again, Liverpool could spend some of their Suarez cash on the playmaker.

5) Mario Balotelli

The maverick Italian striker has given a huge hint that he could be joining Arsenal, but uploading a picture of himself with his girlfriend in front of a Gunners shirt to his social media channels.

4) Edinson Cavani

The powerful PSG striker has apparently encouraged his agent to find him a move to the Premier League. Cavani was used on the right wing predominantly for the Ligue 1 champions last term, and feels his talents deserve a pinnacle role as a centre-forward instead.

3) Sami Khedira

The World Cup winning German also collected a Champions League winners medal in 2014, and could cap off his year with a big money move to the Premier League. Arsenal and Chelsea are both interested.

2) Angel Di Maria

The Argentine superstar is close to a £48m move to PSG. Di Maria excels both out wide or in a more disciplined central midfield role. No other player registered more assists in the whole of Europe last season.

1) Iker Casillas

Costa Rica keeper Keylor Navas has completed a move to Real Madrid, meaning legendary keeper Iker Casillas, who couldn’t get in the league side last year anyway, is surely now not needed. Despite his awful World Cup, there should be no shortage of suitors for one of the best stoppers of his generation.
