10) Eliaquim Mangala (FC Porto)

A rock-solid defender, Porto star Eliaquim Mangala has been strongly linked with a move to Manchester City. The talented Frenchman has been a top performer during his time in Portuguese football and now looks ready to make the step up to a more competitive league.

With City suspect defensively last season, the addition of Mangala would make them a very strong-looking team indeed.

9) Radamel Falcao (AS Monaco)

One of the best strikers in the world for the last few years, Radamel Falcao could be set for an exit from AS Monaco after just one season with the club.

The highly-prolific Colombian has been linked with Chelsea in recent times, and would make a great addition to the Premier League as a whole.

8) Juan Cuadrado (Fiorentina)

A stand-out performer for Fiorentina in Serie A last season, Juan Cuadrado followed up his strong club form with some dazzling displays for Colombia at this summer’s World Cup.

A pacey and skillful winger with an eye for goal, the talented 26-year-old is a superbly entertaining player to watch, and would fit in well alongside the other stars of the Premier League.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United have all been linked with him, though Barcelona may be the favourites to win the race for his signature.

7) Isco (Real Madrid)

Linked as a target for Liverpool, Real Madrid starlet Isco could finally make his way to the Premier League after being strongly linked with a number of English clubs last summer.

The 22-year-old has struggled to make the desired impact at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu and may be allowed to move, but the 22-year-old’s natural ability still makes him a great prospect, and an exciting potential addition to the English top flight.

6) Edinson Cavani (Paris Saint-Germain)

Another Ligue 1 star who could be swapping France for England this summer, Paris Saint-Germain may be looking to offload Edinson Cavani before next season after an unconvincing first year with the club.

Manchester United have been linked with the prolific Uruguayan, who could be a superb addition for the Red Devils upfront.

5) Antoine Griezmann (Real Sociedad)

One of the stars of La Liga last season, Antonie Griezmann looks unlikely to stay at Real Sociedad for much longer after his superb performances for the Basque outfit.

The likes of Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool have both been linked with moves to bring him to England, and he would likely go down as one of the best signings of the summer.

4) Arturo Vidal (Juventus)

Arguably the best central midfielder in the world at the moment, Arturo Vidal has been a superb performer for Juventus and Chile in recent times, and is attracting strong interest from Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool this summer.

The 27-year-old’s all-round ability would undoubtedly make him a top signing for any club.

3) Mario Balotelli (AC Milan)

Formerly of Manchester City, it would no doubt be great to see the controversial and crazy Mario Balotelli back in the Premier League.

The highly entertaining Italian striker is also a world class talent on his day and could be a great signing for interested parties such as Arsenal and Liverpool.

2) Angel Di Maria (Real Madrid)

Despite being one of the best players in Real Madrid’s double-winning campaign last season, Angel Di Maria could be on his way out this summer to accommodate the club’s new ‘Galactico’ signing James Rodriguez.

Manchester United have been strongly linked with the Argentine, and it would be great for the league to welcome such a world class attacker to these shores.

1) Paul Pogba (Juventus)

One of the best young players in the world, Juventus star Paul Pogba has been linked with a sensational £60m move to either Chelsea or Manchester United.

The 21-year-old looks like he could well be worth the big transfer fee, and it’s increasingly bizarre to think United didn’t give him more of a chance in his first spell at Old Trafford.
