10) Thomas Vermaelen (Arsenal)
The Arsenal defender has moved a step closer to leaving North London, with the Telegraph reporting that the player has refused to sign a new contract. Manchester United, Barcelona and Napoli are all interested – with the Gunners preferring not to sell to a domestic rival.
9) Juan Cuadrado (Fiorentina)
The Colombian World Cup star is a transfer tug of war between Manchester United and Barcelona, with both European giants prepared to pay close to £30m for the players signature.
8) Eliaquim Mangala (Porto)
The Porto and France star is believed to be closing in on a £32m move to Manchester City, and the deal could be completed within the next 48 hours.
7) Sami Khedira (Real Madrid)
The latest reports suggest that Sami Khedira’s future remains uncertain, and the German World Cup winner could yet be tempted into a move away from Real Madrid this summer – with Arsenal still maintaining their interest.
6) William Carvalho (Sporting Lisbon)
However, it now seems more likely that Arsenal could turn to Sporting Lisbon star William Carvalho, as they continue their search for a holding midfielder. The Portuguese international has a £37m buyout clause, which the Gunners are unwilling to meet at this stage, but the club do remain hopeful of getting a more realistic deal done.
5) Mats Hummels (Borussia Dortmund)
A long term Manchester United target, the World Cup winning defender is now a target for Arsenal, should they require a replacement for Thomas Vermaelen. Barcelona are also interested.
4) Arturo Vidal (Juventus)
The most recent reports relating to the transfer of the Manchester United target claim that the player is set to stay put this summer. However, the player could still force through a move if he tells Juventus he wants to leave.
3) Marco Reus (Borussia Dortmund)
Liverpool fans are desperate to see the German star join their club as a marquee signing this summer. Dortmund have claimed that the player will not be leaving the club during this transfer window. But with Reus having rejected a new contract, the Bundesliga side could be forced into a sale if they receive a mammoth offer.
2) Radamel Falcao (AS Monaco)
Real Madrid, among others, have expressed their interest in signing the Colombian striker this summer. AS Monaco have claimed the player is not for sale, but contradictory reports suggest that they are open to a big-money offer.

The Real Madrid star is still waiting on his supposedly imminent move to PSG, and the longer the French champions dither, the more hope that will provide for the likes of fellow suitors Manchester United. Recent reports suggested that the Premier League side were preparing a late rival bid.
