Borussia Dortmund determined to keep hold of Liverpool target Marco Reus
Black and Yellows sport director Michael Zorc has announced that Dortmund will do everything they can to keep hold of Reus.
This comes after rivals Bayern Munich revealed the 25-year-old had a £19.8m release clause and put Arsenal, Manchester United and the Reds on alert.
“[We will] definitely try to keep him long term. Marco is not only a hugely important player for us because of his athletic performance, but also in his role as a poster boy,” Zorc told Sport1.
Alberto Moreno will complete Anfield move after the UEFA Super Cup
The Sevilla left-back will become the eighth new addition on Merseyside this summer after his side take on Real Madrid on Tuesday.
The Mirror reports that the 22-year-old will join Brendan Rodgers’ side for around £14m after competing in the UEFA Super Cup, which takes place at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium.
Moreno will join Rickie Lambert, Adam Lallana, Emre Can, Lazar Markovic, Divock Origi, Dejan Lovren and Javier Manquillo on the list of new signings.

Yet many fans worry that following the Uruguayan’s £75m sale to FC Barcelona his former English counterpart will suffer, but Fowler says that won’t be a problem.
“He’s got that chance now, to go out there and prove to everyone what we already know, that he’s a great player,” the former striker was quoted by the Daily Star.
