FC Barcelona looking to beat the Red Devils to Juan Cuadrado
Having signed Thomas Vermaelen from Arsenal ahead of United on Saturday the Catalans are looking to do the same with Fiorentina’s Cuadrado, reports the Guardian.
Barca sporting director Andoni Zubizarreta had admitted that more players could be arriving at the Nou Camp this summer and the Colombia international is a key target.
Van Gaal has also shown interest in Cuadrado as he believes the 26-year-old would slot perfectly into his new 3-5-2 formation.
