As Young was shouting to his United team mates in the opening minutes at Old Trafford, a white object was seen dropping into his mouth.
What could be claimed as as just an object thrown from the crowd, suggestions have appeared on Twitter that it was actually bird poo that landed in his mouth.
Superstition has it that to get pooed on by a bird is actually good luck, and after the season Young has just endured it could be a sign that his fortunes are finally set to turn around.
Or it could have just been a comic piece of timing from an angry Swan perhaps?
