Chelsea have another game against a newly-promoted side this weekend as they take on Leicester City, with many of the players who put Burnley to the sword expected to start again…

GK) Thibaut Courtois

After getting the nod over Petr Cech in Chelsea’s first game of the season, it looks like the Belgian youngster will now be the club’s number one and will surely start here as well.

DR) Branislav Ivanovic

A solid and reliable player down the years for the Blues, Branislav Ivanovic will surely continue to keep the right-back slot as his own and start against Leicester.

DL) Filipe Luis

Despite not getting the nod for the Burnley game, new signing Filipe Luis has surely not been signed to sit on the bench, despite the impressive form of Cesar Azpilicueta. The Spaniard started last time, but the £19m Brazilian will surely be first choice against the Foxes.

DC) John Terry

Club captain and key defender, John Terry should take his usual place at centre-back for Chelsea, despite the presence of promising youngster Kurt Zouma.

DC) Gary Cahill

With Terry and Cahill forming such a strong partnership last season, the pair will likely start in this match after establishing themselves as the best centre-back pairing for the Blues.

MC) Ramires

Although Nemanja Matic started ahead of him against Burnley, Ramires could start against Leicester as Jose Mourinho will surely rotate his midfield options throughout the season.

MC) Cesc Fabregas

After such a superb debut away to Burnley, it’s hard to see Cesc Fabregas not being included at Stamford Bridge, and he will be hoping to impress again.

AML) Eden Hazard

Taking his usual position on the left-hand side, Chelsea’s shining star Eden Hazard will be hoping to find his best form and do some damage to Nigel Pearson’s team on Saturday.

AMR) Andre Schurrle

After a fine goal in the game against Burnley, Andre Schurrle could get the nod over Willian again on Chelsea’s right-hand side, with the German international looking like becoming a key player for the Blues this term.

AMC) Oscar

Chelsea’s main playmaker, Brazilian star Oscar seems likely to take his usual ‘number ten’ role for Mourinho’s side for the visit of Leicester this weekend.

FC) Diego Costa

Another impressive debutant, Diego Costa will be hoping to get on the scoresheet again on his home debut, with the Spaniard likely to get the nod over Didier Drogba.
