Young England international defender Jon Flanagan has promised to be back fit and healthy soon, he told Liverpool’s official website.
“I don’t think it will be too long now and I think I should be back after the international break if all goes well,” he said.

Liverpool will sign legendary Spanish keeper Victor Valdes, we reported earlier.
The former Barcelona man is available on a free after his contract at the Nou Camp ended last summer, and Brendan Rodgers wants to bring him to Anfield to compete with Simon Mignolet for a starting spot. He has already agreed personal terms with the Reds.

Liverpool’s left-back Jose Enrique wants more playing time, after coming on for a cameo appearance at the weekend against Tottenham.
“After so long out it was great to be back playing,” he told the club’s official website.
“The only problem was that once I got warm the game was finished!
