The Premier League is rife with world class strikers, but who makes the top five?
With Fifa 15 just a few weeks from release, a number of player ratings have been unveiled. The Premier League already contained some of the world’s greatest strikers with players such as Sergio Aguero and Robin van Persie; and while Luis Suarez has left for Barcelona, we have seen the introduction of Diego Costa, Mario Balotelli, and Radamel Falcao. But who will make the top five?

5) Diego Costa – 85
With seven goals in just four Premier League games, Diego Costa might feel he should be higher on this list. Looking at his stats though, he looks like one of most well rounded strikers in the game; boasting excellent strength, shooting, and pace. Chelsea have always had a fantastic squad in Fifa, but their front men let them down in last year’s game; Costa will more than remedy that.
4) Wayne Rooney – 86
Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney makes it into the top four with some very impressive stats. With strength and shooting of 87 he will definitely be a handful on EA’s latest instalment.
3) Sergio Aguero – 86
When fit Manchester City’s Sergio Aguero is arguably the best striker in the Premier League. While he doesn’t quite top Fifa’s rankings, he is up there at number three. His exceptional pace, dribbling, and shooting will no doubt make him a fan favourite once again.
2) Radamel Falcao
Widely recognised as one of the best finishers in the world, Falcao was sure to be up there after his high profile move to Manchester United this summer. His excellent shooting and solid all round stats will add even more fire-power to a team that already had plenty.
1) Robin van Persie
It’s another of Manchester United’s front men that tops the list, giving the Red Devils an unbelievable attacking trio. Robin van Persie’s immense shooting stat of 90 will make him a deadly goal scorer once again. Van Persie’s talent is undeniable, even if he has struggled with a number of injuries over the years. With the likes of Angel di Maria, Juan Mata, and Ander Herrera backing up Manchester United’s deadly strike force, Louis van Gaal’s team are sure to be a popular choice when Fifa 15 finally comes out.
