Marco Reus rejects new Borussia Dortmund contract and puts Liverpool on alert

The Germany international has turned down the latest offer from the Bundesliga outfit, leading to speculation he is set to leave the Signal Iduna Park.

According to the Daily Express the Reds are joined by Arsenal, Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Manchester United and Real Madrid in the pursuit of Reus.

The 25-year-old has a release clause in his current contract which drops to £20m next summer and Dortmund may be convinced to sell in January as a result.
