Valencia defender Nicolas Otamendi also on the wishlist
After losing 5-3 to Leicester City in the Premier League on Sunday it has become very apparent that United need defensive recruitment.
That is what has drawn them to Los Che centre-back Otamendi, who has previously been targeted by Chelsea and Manchester City, reports the Daily Express.
The Argentina international joined the Spaniards in February before being loaned to Atletico Mineiro, but is now considered an important part of the setup at the Mestalla Stadium.
