Pablo Alcacer
The Spaniard is one of the most highly rated young strikers in the world and has been linked with a whole host of top Premier League clubs. Spurs are also in the mix and could potentially submit a £15 million bid for the starlet in January.
Jay Rodriguez
Pochettino was interested in signing Rodriguez during the summer but was put off by the fact that the striker was still recovering from a knee injury. If the Southampton front man proves his fitness before January, the Argentine may make a move for a player who he holds in high regard.
Mattia Destro
Destro is another quality young striker who has been linked with a move to the Premier League this year. His excellent form for Roma has attracted the interest of Spurs, who could go head to head with Chelsea for the 23-year-old in January.
Wilfried Bony
The Ivorian had an excellent first season in the Premier League with Swansea, scoring 17 goals for the Swans. This has led to interest from Tottenham, who may consider a January move for the striker even though he will be taking part in the Africa Cup of Nations.
Manolo Gabbiadini
The Italian has started the season well for Sampdoria, scoring three goals in four games. Gabbiadini is a player who could develop into a quality striker and that is why he is in Pochettino’s January plans.
