Central midfielder Loftus-Cheek, 18, captained Chelsea to glory in the FA Youth Cup last season. Before signing his first professional contract at Stamford Bridge, the young Englishman was attracting interest from Manchester United, Manchester City and Barcelona.
Predrag Rajkovic – Red Star Belgrade
Six-foot-three goalkeeper Rajkovic, who will celebrate his 19th birthday at the end of this month, is already a regular starter at Red Star. He also has one senior international cap for Serbia to his name. If he continues to develop at a steady rate, he should earn himself a move to one of Europe’s top leagues in the not too distant future.

Dan Crowley – Arsenal
Midfielder Crowley signed his first professional contract with Arsenal in August, one day after his 17th birthday. He joined the Gunners from Aston Villa in a move worth almost £1m in the summer of 2013. England manager Roy Hodgson is already well aware of Crowley, who has represented the Three Lions 18 times at Under-16 and Under-17 levels.

Jordan Rossiter – Liverpool
Rossiter has been dubbed the next Steven Gerrard… high praise indeed. That title may be a touch exaggerated, but the 17-year-old midfielder did score on his Liverpool debut, finding the net against Middlesbrough in the League Cup last month. Rossiter is very energetic and has a superb passing range. He has represented England across three different youth divisions.

Zelalem is only 17, but he has the composure of an experienced 30-year-old. The German youth international is deadly when shooting from long range and he has tremendous vision. To date, he has only featured once for Arsenal’s first team, but he signed a long-term pro contract this summmer.
