Gonzalo Higuain

The Argentine is unhappy at Napoli due to their poor start to the season and the fact that they aren’t in the Champions League. Liverpool are known to be interested in the striker and may be willing to pay the £30 million necessary to make a move happen.

Pablo Alcacer

The 21-year-old is one of the most exciting young strikers in Spanish football and has been attracting the interest of a number of Premier League clubs, most notably Chelsea and Tottenham. The striker could be available for around £15 million.

Edinson Cavani

The Uruguay international is reportedly unhappy at Paris St Germain and may move elsewhere in January to re-start his career. Arsenal have been heavily linked with the former Napoli man, with Arsene Wenger openly praising his physical qualities.

Jermaine Defoe

It looks almost certain that Jermaine Defoe will leave current club FC Toronto in January after becoming unsettled in Canada. QPR are in desperate need of a striker and Harry Redknapp is thought to have targeted the former Tottenham man to solve the Hoops’ goalscoring problems.

Roberto Soldado

The Tottenham striker is arguably one of the biggest flops in Premier League history and will probably move back to Spain in January if Spurs sign a replacement. Atletico Madrid and Sevilla have shown interest in Soldado.

Jackson Martinez

The Colombian striker has started the season in fine form, scoring both goals in FC Porto’s Champions League victory over Shakhtar Donetsk. This has led to reports that Tottenham may make a £25 million bid for him in January.
