Joe Hart – 8.5/10
Some great saves including a penalty stop from Roberto Soldado to make up for an unconvincing effort to prevent the equaliser from Christian Eriksen.
Bacary Sagna – 7/10
A solid display at right-back for the former Arsenal man, who didn’t have a great deal to do against Tottenham’s attack.
Gael Clichy – 6.5/10
A quiet game for Gael Clichy, who didn’t get forward to great effect as he often does.
Vincent Kompany – 7/10
A strong display from Belgian centre-back Vincent Kompany, with the Manchester City captain helping keep Spurs at bay.
Martin Demichelis – 7/10
Likewise, a solid performance from the Argentine veteran as City managed to deal well with Tottenham’s attacks, particularly early in the game.
Fernando – 6/10
Not the best game from Manchester City’s Brazilian midfielder, giving away the ball for Tottenham’s equaliser before later being subbed off.
Frank Lampard – 6.5/10
Won the penalty, albeit questionably with what looked like a bit of a dive, and generally wasn’t at his usual best in today’s game.
Jesus Navas – 8/10
A superb attacking performance down the right-hand side from Spanish winger Jesus Navas, who caused Tottenham problems all day long with his dribbling and direct play.
David Silva – 7/10
A good game for David Silva in possession, even if he wasn’t quite at his creative best for the home side.
James Milner – 7/10
A lively performance from James Milner, who worked tirelessly and was unlucky not to score with a fantastic effort against the post late on.
Sergio Aguero – 9.5/10
MOTM: Four goals in a sensational performance from Sergio Aguero, who narrowly misses out on a perfect 10/10 after missing his second penalty of the afternoon.
