5) Richard Dunne – QPR

Poor Richard Dunne. His own-goal against Liverpool was his tenth in Premier League, more than any ever player in the competition’s history.

4) Adel Taraabt – QPR

The extremely talented but barbarically lazy playmaker was completely slaughtered by his manager Harry Redknapp following the defeat to Liverpool.

“He’s not injured. He’s not fit. He’s not fit to play football unfortunately. He played in a reserve game the other day and I could have run about more than he did,” Redknapp began.

“I pick people who want to try, who come in every day and work, train and show a good attitude. When he starts doing that, if he ever can, maybe he’ll get a game. I can’t protect people who don’t want to run and train, and are about three stone overweight.”

Ouch.

3) Cesar Azpilicueta – Chelsea

The impressive Spanish left-back may live to seriously regret his lunging tackle on Saturday afternoon…

It earned him a straight-red, which will incur a three match ban. With the superb Filipe Luis waiting in the wings, Azpiliceuta may struggle to get his place back in the side.

2) Arsene Wenger – Arsenal

Another miserable afternoon the French boss. Wenger’s side drew 2-2 at home to Hull, and he was heavily criticised on Twitter following the game – not only for his team’s performance, but also for his arrogant attitude towards a female reporter.

1) Santiago Vergini – Sunderland

Easily the worst afternoon in the Argentinian’s career. Not only did he score probably the most embarrassing own-goal in Premier League history, but he saw his side lose 8-0 to Southampton. It was criminally poor.
