With players such as Juan Mata, Angel Di Maria and er… Antonio Valencia capable of breezing past opponents, Manchester United are a hugely exciting team going forward. If Louis Van Gaal could just sort out their defence, they’d be a force to be reckoned with.
4. Manchester City

Manchester City’s flair helped them win the title ahead of Chelsea last season, with Sergio Aguero, Samir Nasri and David Silva particularly adept at tricking their way beyond players. Their additional solidity at the back helped them triumph over Liverpool, and Manuel Pellegrini’s men remain a highly balanced team.

Tottenham Hotspur have seen encouraging signs of progress this season – the likes of Erik Lamela and Christian Eriksen are beginning to demonstrate that they are adapting to the rigours of the Premier League, and are well capable of beating a man.
2. Chelsea

Last season, Jose Mourinho set Eden Hazard the task of proving he belongs in the highest bracket of footballers. The Belgian flyer dribbled past more players than any other in the Premier League last term, and has started 2014/15 with similar brilliance. Chelsea are playing terrific football this term, and the likes of Hazard, Willian and Diego Costa have helped the Blues reach another level.
