Arsene Wenger has reportedly agreed to moves to bring in highly rated Real Madrid coach Paul Clement to act as his successor at the end of the 2015/16 according to the Metro.

Wenger has been in charge of the north London side since 1996 and signed a new three year deal with Arsenal over the summer, so as such it’s surprising to read of his impending departure in 2016.
42 year old coach Clement has developed a name for himself following stints alongside Carlo Ancelotti at Chelsea, PSG and now Real Madrid and Arsenal’s board believe he is the right man to replace Wenger when the French boss finally steps aside.
Wenger has given such a move a ‘green light’ and Arsenal are no doubt keen to avoid the swift downturn that Man United suffered after the departure of long term boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
Arsene Wenger brought an end to a lengthy silverware drought when his side defeated Hull City to win the FA Cup in May but the lack of major success over the past decade has certainly led to a fair amount of the Arsenal faithful demanding the former AS Monaco manager step down or be axed.
