Despite snatching a late win from the jaws of defeat last time around, Arsenal will be looking for a far improved performance against RSC Anderlecht at the Emirates on Tuesday.

Arsene Wenger’s side almost found out the hard way that the Belgian side were no pushovers, with extremely late strikes from Kieran Gibbs and Lukas Podolski saving their blushes.

At home this time and off the back of a fantastic performance against Burnley, the Gunners should be far more confident heading into their midweek Champions League fixture.

It’s possible we will see the same side that faced Burnley on Saturday, with Wojciech Szczesny eligible again following his ban. Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere may also be in line for starts, although both have been suffering with injuries recently.

Anderlecht meanwhile will be looking for revenge after their loss in the home leg. They are likely to name an unchanged side from the one that played Arsenal in October, with the only question marks being over Cyriac and Aleksander Mitrovic.
