Chelsea’s Potential XI For 2015/16 If They Sign Marco Reus, Arsenal Target & John Terry Replacement

Potential Chelsea XI for next season looks incredible.

With Chelsea already looking like one of the best teams in Europe this season, and by far the best team in the Premier League, it’s hard to imagine how they could get even better, but they can.

The Blues are being linked with some exciting big-name transfers for next summer already, with Marco Reus among the most ambitious of their potential targets, plus two others who could help Jose Mourinho’s side dominate for years to come.

Goalkeeper and defence:

With John Terry in need of a long-term replacement, it looks as though Chelsea will revive their interest in Real Madrid’s promising young centre-back Raphael Varane, who could form an excellent partnership with Gary Cahill at the back, though little else needs strengthening in that department.

Midfield:

Although Nemanja Matic and Cesc Fabregas look a fantastic midfield combination this season, Chelsea could possibly improve even more with the astute signing of Sami Khedira on a free transfer, with the German international likely to be leaving Real Madrid along with Varane. Arsenal are also interested, but Khedira may opt for a reunion with his old boss Mourinho.

Attack:

In a stunning front four, Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus could move in a swap deal involving Andre Schurrle and take his place on the right-hand side, linking up with Oscar and Eden Hazard in possibly one of the best attacks in the world, with goal machine Diego Costa ahead of them.
