Daley Blind adds to injury woes

Defender Daley Blind picked up an injury in Sunday’s match between Holland and Latvia, reports the Mirror.

Dutch manager Guus Hiddink confirmed that it looked bad for the Red Devils man.

“It doesn’t look good. It is his medial ligament. It could be a strain but also be a tear, so that is a big blow.”

Marcos Rojo forced move to Old Trafford

The Argentine has revealed that he went on strike at former club Sporting Lisbon to force a move to United through, reports the Sun.

The 18-year-old explained how it was great to train with them but they also made it tougher to break in to the first XI.

“Going into training with them is obviously a great experience but on the other hand, it’s a big competition if I’m going to be breaking through into the first team. It’s tough because they’re all renowned for scoring goals at such a high level.”
