It’s incredible to think that the Wanderers have lost their opening four games and sit on the bottom of the ladder, but that’s the reality that faces Tony Popovic’s side.

The Wanderers’ first home game of the season could not have come at a better time as they come up against a Central Coast side equally as eager to get their season back on track.

The Asian Champions League winners will no doubt still be feeling the effects of a horror travel schedule over the past month, but will be spurred on by the always vocal Wanderers faithful.

After resting several big names for the Wanderers’ 2-1 loss to Perth, Tony Popovic has brought in Tomi Juric, Mathew Spiranovic, Romeo Castelen, Iacopo La Rocca and Seyi Adeleke.

However, they will be without centre-back Nikolai Topor-Stanley for the second week in a row due to Socceroos commitments.

The Mariners go into the clash with the same side that fought back to draw with Melbourne City on Sunday, but have added Liam Rose and Kim Seung-Yong to an extended squad.

Make sure you tune in!
