Ludogorets result was ‘good’ says Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers

Rodgers has insisted that the result against Ludogorets Razgrad was good, reports the Mirror.

Speaking after the game he said, “Thankfully for us, we had a good result. We would have like to have won, and were unfortunate we didn’t, but I am happy to take this position.

“When we came into the competition we saw it as coming down to the last game, and that is all we can ask. We are happy we have produced a performance to get us into this position.”

Manchester United legend Neville has said that the Merseysiders should have signed Sanchez, reports Sky Sports.
