We’ve dusted off our copy of Football Manager 15 again to predict another week of Premier League action – can everyone’s favourite managerial simulation get any results right this week?

West Bromwich Albion 0-0 Arsenal

The goalkeepers were very much on top in this virtual version of the Saturday lunchtime kick off – Ben Foster, in particular, made a string of fine saves for the hosts.

Burnley 2-0 Aston Villa

Burnley are having a much better season on the game than they are in real life and breezed past struggling Aston Villa thanks to a brace from impressive young striker Danny Ings.

Liverpool 3-1 Stoke City

Top of the league on the game, Liverpool will be hoping that they can find that form in real life – they beat rock bottom Stoke City 3-1 here with Raheem Sterling the star, scoring two and laying on one for substitute Fabio Borini before Marc Wilson scored a late consolation.

Manchester United 3-2 Hull City

It was a thriller at Old Trafford as Manchester United twice had to come from behind against mid-table Hull City, with Radamel Falcao and Darren Fletcher cancelling out goals from Abel Hernandez and David Meyler. Wayne Rooney secured the points for United with an 87th minute penalty.

Queens Park Rangers 1-1 Leicester City

A point would do neither of these struggling sides a great deal of good in their quests to avoid relegation back to the Championship, but that is exactly what they got on the game – Charlie Austin giving QPR the lead but Anthony Knockaert equalising for the Foxes.

Swansea City 4-1 Crystal Palace

It was a routine win for Garry Monk’s Swansea against struggling Crystal Palace despite the Swans falling behind to an early goal from Dwight Gayle. A Wilfried Bony brace had them in front by half time, however, and the game was secured when Jefferson Montero then Leon Britton pounced in the second half.

West Ham United 2-0 Newcastle United

West Ham will be desperate to end Alan Pardew and Newcastle United’s winning run on Saturday afternoon – in a game that they won comfortably on the game, Diafra Sakho scoring just before half time and Carlton Cole rounding things off late on.

Sunderland 0-2 Chelsea

Chelsea are having a much less impressive season on the game than the one that they are enjoying in real life, but this was a routine win over Sunderland at the Stadium of Light, with Eden Hazard and Cesar Azpilicueta on the scoresheet.

Southampton 1-3 Manchester City

Another team proving to be far less impressive in our virtual world than they are in the real one are Southampton, who were swatted aside by Manchester City at St. Mary’s. James Ward-Prowse did cancel out an opening goal from Edin Dzeko, but two second half strikes from Yaya Toure were enough for the three points.

Tottenham Hotspur 1-2 Everton

Tottenham have a dreadful record following Europa League ties this season, so they will be hoping for a better result against Everton on Sunday than their virtual team managed. Roberto Soldado did give Spurs the lead, but Leon Osman equalised for Everton and Romelu Lukaku settled matters late on.
