The Belgian wants to play in Europe, but has yet to attract interest from top four…
Kevin Mirallas is in the process of negotiating a new contract, and while discussions are apparently going well, he’s also opened the door for a move to a top club with these quotes:

The Belgian attacker has been at Everton since 2012. He has gained an impressive reputation for his speed, excellent technique and his fiery personality. Unfortunately he also has a reputation as an injury prone player, and has regularly missed short period with niggling problems. He has played 68 games for Everton in the two and a half seasons since joining, scoring 17 goals.
Eight of Mirallas’ 17 goals have been assisted by Romelu Lukaku, and the two Belgians have developed an excellent understanding.
None of the top sides in England have been linked with the winger recently, and it looks as though he will have to move abroad if he is to secure Champions League club.
