Tottenham Hotspur have not scored in their last three games in all competitions.

However, Spurs can climb to within just four points of the Premier League’s top four by winning at Swansea City on Sunday.

Here’s the XI we expect Mauricio Pochettino to start with in South Wales:

GK: Hugo Lloris

The Frenchman was rested against Besiktas on Thursday night, but Pochettino will be taking no such chances at the Liberty Stadium, where the Spurs number one will start for certain.

RB: Kyle Walker

The former Sheffield United star played his first senior game since March on Thursday, impressing during a 76-minute appearance. Kyle Naughton and Eric Dier are both slight injury doubts, so fit-again Walker could continue.

LB: Ben Davies

The Welshman will have a point to prove against the side he left this summer.

CBs: Jan Vertonghen and Federico Fazio

These two have started Tottenham’s last four Premier League games together. Neither featured against Besiktas, as Pochettino rotated his squad, so both will be fresh.

CMs: Ryan Mason and Nabil Bentaleb

The young duo stayed in England in midweek. They were being rested for this game.

AM: Aaron Lennon

Lennon is one of Tottenham’s hardest workers. His industry may be needed to help out his side’s right-back, who will not be at 100% fitness.

AM: Christian Eriksen

The Danish playmaker was rested in midweek. He is a definite starter.

AM: Nacer Chadli

The Belgian is the perfect player for an away game. His pace makes him a threat on the counter-attack, while his power and height give his side a set-piece boost.

ST: Harry Kane

Since being given his first Premier League start of the season, Kane has not missed a minute of domestic action, playing five full games in a row.
