James Donachie (Brisbane Roar)

Donachie had his best game of the season in the Roar’s surprise 1-0 win over Adelaide.

The youngster was rock solid at the back and had a passing accuracy at 81%.

Josh Risdon (Perth Glory)

Risdon made another push for an Asian Cup spot with another excellent performance for Perth.

He was one of Glory’s best in their 2-0 win over the lacklustre Newcastle Jets.

Terry Antonis (Sydney FC)

Antonis suffered a nasty cut to the head from a Mark Milligan elbow, but still managed to exert his influence in the middle of the park.

The youngster set the tempo for the Sky Blues all game, but required 11 stitches following his clash with the Victory captain.

Roy Krishna (Wellington Phoenix)

The Fijian became the first Phoenix player to score in four consecutive games and is without doubt one of the in-form strikers in the league.

His searing pace causes trouble for even the league’s best defences, and he capped off a fine performance with a late equaliser.

Archie Thompson (Melbourne Victory)

He does it time and time again.

Thompson wound back the clock and was at his scintillating best against Sydney, hitting a hat-trick in the 3-3 draw.

What a performance.
