Old Trafford side ready to splash the cash for Bernabeu star.
Man United are seemingly desperate to lure Real Madrid winger Gareth Bale to Old Trafford with the Daily Mail claiming that massive sums have been offered to get the deal done.
The Bernabeu side are keen on bringing in Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus which could lead some to assume that Welsh international Bale could be made available.
Louis van Gaal will offer a world record fee of £120m for the 25 year old and are ready to hand the former Tottenham man a massive £350k a week deal, which would make him Man United’s highest earner.
Carlo Ancelotti is unlikely to consider the prospect of losing Bale though president Florentino Perez may find it hard to ignore an offer of this magnitude, not least as Real Madrid have spent vast sums on Galatico signings over the past couple of years.
Bale has a superb first season in the Spanish capital, his 22 goal haul including efforts in both the Copa del Rey and Champions League finals, and the wide-man has continued to impress during Real Madrid’s current 22 match winning streak.
