Arsenal Goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny Rumoured To Have Been Told That He Won’t Play Again This Season

Comments attributed to former Gunner John Jensen on Danish TV.

Twitter is rife with rumours of a bust up between first choice Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny and his manager Arsene Wenger this evening, with suggestions that the Polish number one has been heavily fined for his actions in the dressing room following the New Year’s Day defeat to Southampton – a game that saw Szczesny at fault for both Saints goals.

It has also been suggested that Szczesny has been told that he will not play again for the Gunners this season, having been ‘rested’ for back up choice David Ospina during the FA Cup third round victory over Hull City.

The comments have been attributed to former Arsenal midfielder John Jensen, who was speaking on Danish TV during the game against the Tigers, and is reportedly a friend of assistant manager Steve Bould.
