How Mauricio Pochettino’s side fared as they drew 1-1 at Burnley in the FA Cup.

Tottenham Hotspur are still in the 2015 FA Cup, but Mauricio Pochettino and his players will be disappointed not to have gotten the job done tonight after they were pegged back by Burnley, following a Nacer Chadli goal giving Spurs the lead.

The two sides will now face a replay at White Hart Lane in ten days’ time – this is how we rated Pochettino’s men in their draw:

GK) Michel Vorm 6 – Was largely a spectator in the first half and was only really called into one save, from Ings, after the break.

RB) Vlad Chiriches 7 – Actually did pretty well down the right, handling the dangerous Boyd easily and supporting attacks.

CB) Federico Fazio 6 – Fazio always looks to be on the verge of a major mistake, but the Argentine usually gets away with it.

CB) Jan Vertonghen 7 – The Belgian is coming back into form and was largely commanding here – Spurs need him to keep this form up.

LB) Ben Davies 6 – Young Welsh international Ben Davies finds himself behind Danny Rose usually, but didn’t do himself too much harm with this performance.

CM) Benjamin Stambouli 4 – Did nothing other than pick up a yellow card during the first half before being hauled off by Pochettino.

CM) Mousa Dembele 6 – Maintained possession relatively well in the centre of the park but needs to offer more of a threat driving forwards.

CM) Paulinho 6 – Paulinho wasn’t as bad as he often is in a white shirt, but still wasn’t involved anywhere near enough.

AM) Christian Eriksen 4 – Disappointing, Eriksen was played in a slightly wider role and simply wasn’t unable to get on the ball.

AM) Nacer Chadli 8 – Was the best player on the pitch on what was a largely low key affair at Turf Moor, bagging another goal for himself.

SC) Roberto Soldado 3 Was woeful, albeit not helped out much by a complete lack of support from his teammates. Soldado’s first touch was very poor.

SUB) Andros Townsend 5 – Came on for the disappointing Soldado but struggled to make a significant impact on the game.

SUB) Harry Kane 7 – Kane came on and added some impetus to his team’s performance – was denied a goal by a fine Tom Heaton save.

MAN) Mauricio Pochettino 5 – Will be disappointed both by his side’s insipid display in Lancashire and also their inability to see the game through.
