The CIES Football Observatory have revealed the most valuable players in world football and here are the top 10 from the Premier League.

Another Barca acquisition now and another who’s value has increased, with Fabregas returning to England this time around for a £30m fee.

4. Raheem Sterling, Liverpool

Value: £49.4m.

Next up is the current Golden Boy winner and a 20-year-old who has greatly impressed over the past two years and due to his potential is worth almost £50m.

Value: £51m.

Although often injured the Argentine’s goalscoring record for the Citizens since arriving from Atletico Madrid in 2011 has been outstanding and he is truly world-class.

Value: £65.9m.

Yet ahead of his fellow 26-year-old is this striker, who arrived at the Bridge form Atleti for £32m and according to these stats has already more than doubled his value.

Value: £77.7m.

Leading the way is an attacking midfielder who is the third most valuable player in the world currently behind only Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
