Here is our ultimate January XI made up of players who could be on the move this winter:

GK) Petr Cech – Chelsea

Possible destinations – Liverpool

The experienced shot-stopper has found himself behind Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Bridge this season. Liverpool are looking to replace Simon Mignolet at Anfield, and are reportedly looking to secure Petr Cech on loan.

RB) Carl Jenkinson – Arsenal

Jenkinson has been hugely impressive at West Ham this season, so much so in fact that Sam Allardyce is hoping to keep hold of him.

Arsenal are willing to let him go for around £8m, although the Hammers are allegedly unwilling to meet their valuation.

CB) Ron Vlaar – Aston Villa

The experienced Dutch international is a top target for a number of clubs, with Manchester United and Arsenal looking like the front-runners.

With just six months left on his current deal, Vlaar could go cheaply this January.

Despite the New Zealand international’s contract coming to an end this summer, Allardyce has slapped a massive £20m price tag on his star defender.

The Frenchman has been a top target for both Arsenal and Tottenham for quite a while now, with a summer transfer blocked after a mass exodus from Saint Mary’s.
