The 21-year-old is widely regarded as one of the best young players in the world and has also been targeted by Arsenal and Manchester City.
Another of Serie A’s finest, Fiorentina winger Juan Cuadrado is attracting big attention again after being linked with a move to Chelsea. The Colombian international is valued at around £36m and would make another superb signing for the Blues.
Linked with a £30m move to Chelsea as they look to nip in for one of Manchester United’s top targets, AS Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman is another player from Serie A who could be making his way to the Premier League before long.
